E , TCM seems to qualify as the best buy. It has a low P/E and a very

this quality. Even though we are in the middle of a down-trend of the
whole market, this thing will return to the 11-12 range within a

A few weeks back I added TCM to my portolio as a little spec/china
play. You can read what the co. does, so I will get straight to
valuation.
I went over their financials quickly, and this past quarter they
reported $.06 per share(one ADR is equal to 4 shares), so year EPS for
07 could be $0.96 per ADR, if so, with a conservative PE of 20,
