I think the problem is the balance sheet, income statements and cash
flow are unedited,

They need CA to edit those statements, People don't believe them if
they just get some nobody and create a suspicious and possibly fake
those.

I don't know why we ever got to these prices.

Even if scr goes bankrupt now and after paying everything, Every
share should be paid 13 dollars each.. at less without even adding
the intangible assets...

I am new to this and am wondering why with the announcement of a new
product to the market and with great earnings forecast for Q3 next
week, why would the price drop off so much here. I am looking at it as
a good thing if I buy into this company but am wondering why this

main position is on SCLX.OB.
This is an one digit pe alternative energy stock.Anyway there are
competitors of SCR with much lower pe , so why pick SCR?Good luck with

Thing with LTUS and such is that it's over-the-counter stocks, which
makes it extremely unappetizing for investors because of the "risk"
factor. Unless those pharma companies move into NASDAQ or NYSE, I
don't see them getting a big bump.

When LTUS has P/E 4 & EVGY has P/E 6 , I still
believe that the P/E is the main problem of SCR . This almost
20 P/E is not a bargain. Hopefully it will work for you,

1. China is already a big enough market. It's not best use of
shareholder's money spending on costly FDA approval given the
uncertainties and time.
2. China's pharmaceutical industry is in a consolidation phase. I'd
rather see the company spend more on further acquisitions of smaller
domestic peers to move up its position in the domestic league table.

I've been watching Simcere for a long time. Watching as its share
price has gone from an all-time low of approximately $9.98 to its
current price of $13.51. Today, Simcere announced excellent 2008 Q1

bargain , it is not even attractive at all. I do not want

What you believe is one thing; what the market gives you is another.
If I were you, I would look at all the rest of the market and find if
there are some other good companies that you can put in 40K or so.

Thanks for the advice. I am OK now. After stop-sell 1000 shares, I put
enough funds in my account.

Good to see Simcere is doing something besides R&D and M&A. The two
acquisitions have enhanced SCR pipeline and market shares. I believe
the stock price will reach $20 next year.

I feel sorry for you Leom.

You really need to learn a lot more before you can survive in the
market. Passion is not welcome in the market -- You feel good in the

Actually, I have no special insight into the new acquisition. Now I
focus on how the stock market (price) react on this. Today SCR is
rising, but it doesn't jump by over 10%. It seems to me that a small
fish just eats a smaller fish in the local pharmaceutical market in
China...

added another ... shares and he was going to add ...shares around
$12.00 to 14.00. How come your average price was $17.50.
