Subject: Forward P/E of SCR
I realize that SCR has a current P/E of about 14-15, but it is my
understanding that the company is growing at a rate of more than 400%
a year.  It should do well in the coming year.  It seems prudent to
own shares of this company in this sector as well as other Chinese
stocks with single digit P/Es that are growing at 70% a year.  Both
are attractive and offer good diversification.  A collection of 10-12
high quality Chinese APRs is far more attractive to me than owning an
index fund of the S&P 500.  Both markets are depressed, but the
potential for rapid future growth in China remains great, especially
with the larger, well-managed companies.
