Subject: Dilutions? You want to talk about dilutions!
In just about a week I lost half of my bankroll. Between commissions
and a nasty hit from OCNF stock,  and now with CVM on a downturn I
need a big turn-around, otherwise I'm toast. I've got to be very very
careful from now on. I still feel OCNF should pay me the .77 dividend
after all it's posted on the GOOGLE finance chart, that would help out
a lot..

Subject: Re: Dilutions? You want to talk about dilutions!
One of the hardest lessons I have learned is that to panic and sell a
stock low after buying at a high one week earlier... is that is the
fastest way to lose money and investment power.  Had I held those
stocks which I had freaked out over a 15% decline for just two weeks,
or one month at the longest, I could have seen 50-300 percent gains
over the last two months.  Instead I have been busting my ass to keep
20% profits and then sinking it back in on the pullbacks.  Still not
up like I should be.  I went all in on AgFeed Industries when share
price was .94 and less than three months later it is worth 4.50/share
now.  I have been working too hard to protect from losses and lock in
gains, when I should be letting these companies do the hard work for
me, see!  OCNF will be worth 10x today's price in a year.  But will
you sell it again on the next pullback and miss out?

Buy something decent and hold onto it, muzz.  A lot to learn before
you go day trading with entire life savings... ; )

I know but CARRIER said I should sell my 100 shares of OCNF and buy
CVM, and I would make a lot of money. I'm not listening to him
anymore.

muzzie, you did the right thing listening to carrier, so don't blame
him.  now, you just need to listen to a few other tips you get on the
google finance boards and you will be completely wiped out.  the
market just loves taking money away from noobs like you. LOL!

p.s. I think carrier now wants you to sell CVM and buy GM ... a
company with a history ... you will be proud to tell your
grandchildren that you once owned it before it went bankrupt.

Muzzie, OCNF will not pay a dividend until 2015 they relased that
document a while back... If you did your research before you bought
OCNF, you most likley would not have bought it for the dividend
because there is none, and will be none. This stock is now trash! Im
sorry that you think CVM is on a downturn... But the downside risk is
to .25 and the upside risk is to $1 . Now if you want a greater risk
to reward ratio than that, may I suggest these stocks NM CPE WRES CEP
UYG FBR and if you really want to get risky BCON PAE.

To arse36....@yahoo.com,  You also should have listened to CARRIER,
take a look at OCNF pre-market, All you who have been bragging about
the multi K shares you own and making fun of my 100 shares, do the
math and see how much you're  going to lose today I'll bet you wish
you only had 100 shares. My advice to you guys is to go on E-BAY and
type in "CRYING TOWELS" in the search box.

LOL............ Ask your monny to change your diaper.

I leave tips for waitresses after dinner bigger than your 100
shares.......... Get a job! Save some cash! And then come back to the
stock market with a half way decent bank roll. You're waisting your
time with what your doing.

are DOWN, don't you know any good ones, I'm
looking for stock that goes UP. I want to make money not lose money. I
got hammered with OCNF, I don't want that to happen again, It would
wipe me right out..

Muzz,

Patience. You can only lose if the company goes into bankruptcy or if
you sell.

The great thing about buying in this low is that patience will reward
you for bad timing.

Muzz don't you know that the best time to buy a good stock is when
it's down, its really too bad guys that there was just a SEC notice
posted today to sell another 12 million shares to YA, making OCNF a
really bad stock to buy when it's down... I have been out, of this and
I will come back, when they either stop dilution, and increase
visibility, of earnings and derivative positions, or they announce
that the dividend will come back...

CARRIER, I know you're only trying to help, but how can a stock like
OCNF be a good one if it's going down. I thought good stocks go up. As
far as your recommendation on CVM, I bought 414 shares @ 0.33 and its
down to 0.30. I need a turn around and fast. I'm not getting
anywhere,  no matter what I do seems wrong.  Does anyone know If
Warren Buffet went this route before he got so rich?

The divi won't come back until they can get out of their loan
covenant.  That is what made them have to stop the dividend.  They
can't get out of the loan covenant until they pay it off.  By diluting
shares and selling them for $120 million or so, they are raising funds
to pay off that covenant.  Buy the dilution and be patient.  You won't
have time to time this stock - when they announce the dilution is over
and the dividend is returning, it will be too late because the stock
will surge up faster than you can get in.  There are just way too many
call options out on this one to keep it from surging on good news like
that.

If they're not paying a dividend then GOOGLE finance should remove the
"Dividend;  0.77"  that's on the chart. This is really misleading a lot

If you're looking for good investment (long term) look at Capstone
Turbine(CPST). But, before you jump into it, do some research about
their product and then check for a gut feeling.
