i dunno...that is a crazy amount of shares...I'm pretty sure that
OCNF's uncle...DryShip's owner...would never endorse such a crazy
move.

He would (and probably is) recommending that his Nephew issue more
shares to grow and renew his fleet during this cyclical down-trend.

You don't see the stats because the shares have only been partially
issued. In August shareholders agreed to allow the board issue up to
1 BILLION new shares. The first lot, 330,000,000 was agreed on with
YA Global in September...of that 50,000,000 have been issued. When
the company sees fit they will issue more, with the stock absorbing

I think that the max shares they will get up to is 250 million, which
is what DryShips, their little buddy, trades with.

They already went from 15 million shares to 145 million per their last
quarterly report, so the worst is DEF over with dilution

In a best case scenario…. They actually quit diluting the stock, and
the stock makes a modest move upward within a year. Perhaps in the
1.5-2 range.

The worst case scenario… and the more likely scenario… they continue

I'm looking for some good stock to buy. Is this stock worth it?
I'm a student with only 1600$ to invest and I'm looking for a stock
that could turn it into just the right amount so I can buy myself a
car in 1 year :)

where do you guys and girls think this stock will be in 12 months? If
the recovery would indeed come through? ( I'm optimistic :) )
