This ETF has a lot of potential in the future. It has a diverse mix
of alternative energy companies (Mostly wind and solar) but is also more focused then many other alternative energy ETFs, it is made up of only the top 30 largest and most heavily traded alternative energy companies. In addition, this is also still down about 12% YTD so there is definitely quite a bit of upside potential in the near term. If you look at the charts GEX basically follows energy company indexes, but during extended up trends, for instance during time periods with high oil prices, it tends to break out to much higher levels.
