How can an ETF's price be "Delayed?"  I guess I don't 100% understand
the actual logistics of caclulating an ETF's price.  For instance, I
notice (at least in Google Finance) it's current price lags behind
individual stocks in terms of update time.  Does anyone have info into
how / who / what calculates and/or publishes an ETF's price?

its seems to be an issue with all market vector?vaneck google

the Rsx also a vaneck etf was missing completely on Dec 14th, and
today was delayed, along with this etf gex
