What do u think is Q-cell really going to get out of this contract?
how can they do that? it doesnt sound like LDK did anything wrong! Q-
cell can get out of their contract just because they can find the
product cheaper? WTF why even have a contract then?

if q cell wins this battle I will have a real concern for the rule of
law.  any idiot can see that q cell just wants to get their money back
because they can find the same product cheaper.  but no contract says
"you can get out of this contract if u find the product cheaper"
except for Walmart!

I believe most supply contracts have a cancellation clause, the only q
is how much $ is paid as a penalty if the contract is canceled
unilaterally.

This was a 10 year contract though. So it seems to me that Q-cells is
foolish to default now when surely they will need the guaranteed and
presumably lower priced cells later.
