Earning, later this week?

Just seeing what the opinions are for this week? I thought poly prices
have stabilized so hoping no more inventory write downs. There was a
previous release about better than expected shipments for LDK, a plus.
With the release of the Q-cells contract cancellations, are they going
to absorb that that expense in this quarter or next? With the huge

ldk kill lots of america investers.

why cannot you short this trash to 0.
it is just a brick factory, or just worse than brick factory, because
now nobody want to work at LDK, young people worked there found they
cannot get babies. lots of workers quit their job.
keep short LDK.

I guess that is on all our minds... I am selling into it if there is.
Not going to go all cash, but will take profits. The problem is, many
are waiting for the same spike to happen, and when that is the case,
the spike never happens. If it happens I will be happy, if it does
not, that will be confirmation for me that the Bears have taken

I believe most supply contracts have a cancellation clause, the only q
is how much $ is paid as a penalty if the contract is canceled
unilaterally.

if q cell wins this battle I will have a real concern for the rule of
law. any idiot can see that q cell just wants to get their money back
because they can find the same product cheaper. but no contract says
"you can get out of this contract if u find the product cheaper"
except for Walmart!

how can they do that? it doesnt sound like LDK did anything wrong! Q-
cell can get out of their contract just because they can find the
