Hello..I wanted to know if I am going to get my money back eventhough
I sold my shares on Monday.  Howvever the settlement date is this
Thursday 5/14/09.  I am just afraid that Scottrade might block my
fund.  Any advise would be helpful.

It looks like we're all screwed.  The best we can do is file
complaints with the SEC and put pressure on Shearson by calling and
bugging them.  They should convert our stock upon reissue to be fair -
if they won't, I feel they deliberately manipulated things.
