Subject: Re: Douglas E. French
certainly raises an eyebrow, if not both !!! I have personally never
observed such a one-liner for an executive leaving an ogranization that was so instrumental in the succes of its staff, executives, investors and board. Perhaps the Greyhound bus was warmed up a bit too early.... maybe exclusively for CYA purposes of those remaining. This is an extreme example of paranoia, greed, and self-preservation. I wojnder if a certain preseidenial candidiate would appreciate an in- depth look at the banks board.... Just a thought. Silver State Bank was the leader in Community Based Banking and has certainly sold itself out. Ironically the NAMED EXECUTIVE OFFICER (Doug French) was signfiicantly reponsible for putting htem on the map and leading the IPO raod show. How quickly they forget. I trust when the market in LV rebounds, and it will, the missing community bnaking element they fear so much no some how becomes lost. It would serve them well.
