"China is predicted to lead the world out of this recession. take the
45.9m of net income divided by the post-IPO ADS shares outstanding of
36m I get 1.28 trailing EPS. The company grew revenue by 23% in Q109

At $9 pricing that is about a 7 trailing P/E.

The philly site is both a manufacturing and testing facility.
Manufacturing is severely underperforming and continually losing
clients. The purchase of Apptec (169M) is now seen as a big mistake.
This is no clearer than in the quarterly report, issued as Non GAAP
(Generally Accepted Accounting Practices) margins.

Probably not considering that Philly is the biologics manufacturing
facility and WuXi does not have the capability in China yet. Was there
a newspaper article about this or do you know someone on the inside?

than 4 times LTM earnings. Company is forecasting 30%+ sales and

be know and recognized. In addition I was unaware that Google takes
time to post the message after it is written. I assumed my information
was being filtered and was looking for other ways to present the info.

Net earnings was on "NON-GAAP" basis. If converted to GAAP, it missed
consensus by over 30%.

of "GAAP". On GAAP basis, it missed consensus by over 30%.
Too many non-cash expenses for the quarter include non-cash
compensation, amortization, and foreign exchage losses.

I think mostly because WX is a small company, and it's in China, now
Chinese stocks markets are down, there are so little people interested
in WX, but I think it's a good time to buy it and hold..

Guess a short phone call should clear all the fears generated by the
So Called end of world "News".

Those planned transactions were scheduled long before and had to be
executed on the scheduled date. Guess they were not happy the
transactions took place with such a bad timing.

Seems lately there are a lot of shorties spreading rumors around Yahoo
and Google Message Board.
The "insider selling like crazy" NEWS was under the name of Scottrade
research information.
There is no such a filing with SEC, no such a filing with NYSE, no
such a release from the company.
More importantly, no such a "NEWS" with Scottrade. As a Scottrade
