"Right Sizing"  Yesterday it was announced at the Philadelphia site that a number of QA (quality assurance) and Manufacturing employees were laid off (as of immediately). This comes on the heals of many questions regarding the Apptec purchase (169 mil) and low return in manufacturing particularly. Philadelphia Site Downsized  It was announced yesterday at the Philadelphia site that members of both the QA (Quality Assurance) and Manufacturing department are being laid off (immediately).
