They also just got a loan from their credit line that they say is in

indeed thats why i kept buying after it started dipping and then 1
dollar passed and then 2, and now well we are on 3. Im not too happy
with this investment but if the history of this stocks chart is any
indication it moves up and down in huge movements. anyway cheers

Today's volume is 1500% of normal daily volume.

It just had a capitulation sell off. Maybe some fund dumping entire
stake? Talk about consolidation, 50% drop in less than 3 weeks since
its earning on August 12th. Ironically it actually earned 10 cents

Indeed, unfortunately people took the 1 time non-cash item into
account as well.

I am just waiting like hawk to accumulate more. Remember the June low
for CHLN, it briefly touched $4, then rocketed upwards and stay above
$5 until just today.

if they presell property before it's being built they really only have
to worry about land aquisition. Since they already own somewhere in
the neighborhood of 250 acres between 4-5 projects, it's simply a
matter of hiring more workers and expanding by having more projects
going simultaneously. At least that's the way to do it w/o heading to

ok ill take a stab at it.
1. the revaluing of derivatives and warrants relates to convertable
debt
2. the provisions in this 1.5 million warrants become exercisable at a
certain common share price which just happens to be the range we are
at: 6.07.
1.5million to the 30 million shares is an automatic 5% dilution.

We are experiancing dilution from the warrants and derivatives being
exercised. that is all. check out page 15 of their statement. To me
this bodes extremely well as it shows that debt holders of this
company are willing to leave behind secured debt for the volatility of
stocks.

after looking at their statement some more i am thinking that the
share price has reached such a level that their derivatives and
warrants are exercisible. Check out page 15 of their statement it
talks about convertable debt/warrants and all that. what we might be
seeing is some dilution resulting from this. anyways just a thought so

Me too, I would love to know what the problem with dirivatives was. I
think that they may have made some investments that went south. Since
they are a player in real estate also, maybe it was some form of
dirivatives with land acquisitions ????

agreed they paid down a 10mil worth of debt and had outstanding growth
numbers in all their fields(also growth in debt/interest but not
disproportionaly so). anyways i think what it comes down to is what

Yea, I have about 40% of my portfolio wrapped up in this bad boy and a
little mixed right now. I'm not savvy enough to know what the
implications of "non-cash charge associated with the revaluation of
derivitives...", but without that,yes, they killed. The .10 cents/
share is about 70% better than expected. Not quite the 300% of Q1,

It is probably people who just look at the EPS and not the whole
report. They reported a loss but it was due to some accounting
issue. Topline numbers killed it...

I just read on one of my China investment sites that CHLN filed their
form 8-k, report of operations and financial condition with the SEC.
It was filed online approx. 2 hours ago..... so they reported, it just
hasn't been made public yet. It should be very good !!!

It is August 14th

$6.15 is still a good price, look at people who couldn't take the pain
and sold on Friday. There are a lot of people who missed out, the
pull back gives people to enter or add positions. I added more
shares, if the broader market doesn't tank. CHLN could very easily
reach $7 after earning.

Anyone know when they will release Q2 earnings? I am in deep around
