The PE after Earning is revised to 8.76 @ $4.84. This means a fair
price for this growth stock with reference to companies in the same
industry should be at around $9-$12 and this stock is so undervalued
right now.

Steve and some posters here - I have to disagree with some of the
comments here. At least I now understand why NED sold off on Friday,
however, I don't agree with the big selloff.

NED is 100% focused on access noah. Trying for 5,000 schools from
current 700. I like the idea, it's a new channel and we can measure

You should at least get a relief rally at some point maybe up to 5.5.
If I was just trading it I would bail there. That currency gain is a
BIG problem because the dollar has reversed hard since the end of

The big drop today is because the company have a focus. Noah is
opening a ton of tutoring centers but isn't generating much revenue
from them and it doesn't seem like the centers will contribute to
revenue directly in the future. In the conference call there wasn't
much concrete information about how Access Noah, their current big

Still, its not fair. Even if you think that the report was
unimpressive, it wasn't bad. Since they beat all the analyst targets
the least that should happen is no change at all in the Price. I don't
get how a stock that has been beaten down so much STILL drops like
this after beating analyst targets.

Why is it down? Several reasons. For starters most of the massive
profit this Q was due to currency gains. Next the revenue guidance for
next Q is flat. Then there is the problem of the tutoring centers, it
would seem they don't know what they are doing. The business just
looks OK. nothing special going on there.

How did this quarter NOT impresss? They has 0.10 EPS. The analyst
consensus was 0.05 EPS. If any other company did 2X the EPS the stock
would jump the next day, but this is pure manipulation.

This must be market manipulation or a big institution selling, because
it doubled the market consensus EPS and topped Revenue Estimates. It
has close to $4 cash per share and has good outlook, so WHY is it
dropping?

WTF? I seriously don't get it. The company showed EPS of 0.10 which
were 2X the analyst consensus of 0.05. The revenue was above analyst
consensus, and the outlook was positive. All that and the company
drops 14% and is downgraded by an analyst!! This is horrible. Does
anyone know what is going on?

Yeah shorts don't jump on something unless there is reason for
concern. The quarter really did not impress but I dont really think
there is much downside risk here unless the company goes under.

In the last quarter there was a big runup to the earnings and after
the earnings it went all the way upto 8.5. But this time no runup and
no blowout also. Something is terribly wrong here.

cash is about 75 % of the market cap now !
just the continuing fall of the us-dollar will make that over 100%
before 2012 ;).
and profits seem to explode while sales grow moderately.
NED seems insanely and unexplainable cheap.
it's indeed right at the heart of a booming economy, and competitive.

When I saw the dramatic drop within days of the IPO I researched and
came to the same conclusion as nickz (see post). NED has an IN with
schools which is already a major advantage in China. The Chinese are
totally committed to education as their path into the future so as
long as NED produces great equipment and develops its relationships,

Expecting to go up to $8.0 but it crossed the limit and went to $8.40
after market. Couldnt resist to book some profit.
Sold @ 8.14 with profit of $1.48 per share. Tomorrow again buy around
low 7 or may be on Monday morning after Option expires.
