Subject: The Market Diary
theMarketDiary.com

I created this blog with average Joe investors in mind to help them
review and preview the stock market on a daily basis. Most average Joe
investors do not have enough time to follow the market and they often
miss the opportunity to sell when the market is going down and miss
the timing to buy when the market is going up. Understanding what is
going on in the market will not guarantee you a profit but it will
help you manage your risk to mitigate your potential losses. If you
think you are one of Joe(s) described above, visit my blog today to
save your time and learn what to expect in the market.

The PE after Earning is revised to 8.76 @ $4.84. This means a fair
price for this growth stock with reference to companies in the same
industry should be at around $9-$12 and this stock is so undervalued
right now.

Steve and some posters here - I have to disagree with some of the
comments here.   At least I now understand why NED sold off on Friday,
however, I don't agree with the big selloff.

NED is 100% focused on access noah.  Trying for 5,000 schools from
current 700.    I like the idea, it's a new channel and we can measure
it going forward.  I think NED thinks this is where the growth will
come from.

Not sure what the street was expecting for e-dictionary sales....It's
a big revenue driver for NED, but growth was and is expected to be
negative.

NED had an operating loss AFTER it's earthquake donation before
currency gains.

Currency effects not an issue for next QTR, Net Income actually going
to be up close to 10% year/year by forecast.

NED was going to buy tutoring centers, but the two they liked for
acquistion had tax issues so they will grow this organically.

I don't think NED is getting a fair valuation in this market.    I
would feel better is NED buys everything back at $5 with buyback
program to get 100% faith in management.   NED is cheap....with zero
growth and Net Income of $20 million plus a year, in 24 months NED
market cap would equal it's share price.  Makes no sense.   This is
why there is low risk for NED here if they can get some growth back
into the stock.

Welsh
