Purpose of the Special Meeting

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to seek stockholder approval of
one proposal, which would allow us to complete the issuance and sale
of 17,000,000 shares of our common stock to certain investors (the
“Investors”) at $1.65 per share pursuant to the securities purchase
agreement described in this Proxy Statement.
on October 5, 2009 at 9:00 am local time

Question, are we going to have split or no?
By the way, it said to CERTAIN INVESTORS? who are they?
Is it good for stock or bad?

Look guys, on September 10-11 this month stock went up on high volume,
on September 14 they told us they will issuance and sale of 17,000,000
shares, I think in the next 2 month they will have some new contracts,
that is why they issuance more stocks.
What are you guys think?

That is old news, it was not on Sep 14, they actually released the
news on August 7th, not September 14th.  That one of reason why stock
took a dive in August.  Q3 earning should rock.

Well, that would be nice right? The old news was out on August,
despite that news + 20 percent recent market correction in China.
CAEI still did not went that low.  If it does go that low, that would
be nice for everyone who missed the rally and need some good entry
points.

Stock definitely not dead, probably on its way to $8-10 range by next
year, however I was wondering, Will the company now begin more focus
on real estate development, hence the shares, or this to load up on
material for up coming projects?
