Maybe they don't like to approve the financial reports, I am wondering

I've had no response from any of their investor relations people and

That's just it. They control everything and can shut off the spigot
of cash whenever they want. If they discover that the USD will
continue to weaken, their huge investment in the US will lose value.
They'll shore up money just as fast as CAEI did. CAEI's only
opportunity would be with 9 Dragon's.

Chinese government is very different comparing with our western
government. Their government controls almost everything. They have the
resources to fund any project they need to or want to. That's why they
are kind of recession proof.

As the "CFO" that came around here said... all of their profits (even
on the 9 Dragon project) are booked before the project is finalized.
They were betting the farm and leased out a major building in hopes
that overseas projects would blow up.... to me that's bad management.

For me, I do not think they are ready to take orders from overseas
with so many croakers in the general contractor business. They are
maintaining a very good relationship with the government in China so
nobody would/can screw them up.However, it's a complete different

I have a hard time believing this company ISN'T a scam. There are so
many shares on the table that everytime you buy, the price goes down.
However, the Chinese market is also dependent on a strong USD... and
there's nothing in sight urging this admin. to shore up capital and
protect the dollar.

I disagree! From my perspective, Mr.Gene Michael will help the company
go through the restructuring. They are shoring up their oversea
operation and re-focus on their domestic market. I would see it's a
very smart move. You know how much the Chinese market are contributing
to their revenue and that's why its share price has more than doubled

With only 5% left until completition, I think it is the General
Contractor the bad guy here (by not fulliling the contract). I think
CAEI has a high chance winning to sue the General Contractor and get
its money back, plus other fees of course.

Victor, can you explain what "misleading info" you are talking about?
If you are really the former CFO of this company and now you talk all
shits about it, then I think any future employer would have a very
hard decision to hire you. IMO, as a CFO you should have known that
rumors and speculations do affect a stock at that time, so good job
