I'm sure they are. With over 100 buildings in high profile parts of
the world, the fact that Dubai screwed CAE badly
really stinks. CAE buildings are not going away and neither is the
company anyone who thinks that
should be shorting this stock. This company stock was
hitting $10 in late 2008 !! Now you can buy for 1/10 of such a price..
Just hang on to yours I think as soon as new contracts coming in, the

I'm in at 1.64 for the above mentioned reasons. This type of
engineering and building is not going away.
And when CAE gets more government contracts the stability in this
company will be back. Now, they
stated new contracts starting in late 2009 moving to 2010. Here we
are late 2009, and I can only HOPE

I have the same average price as well and I am not comfortable with
the price where it is trading.

Another point is that this company really needs to start publishing
more updates on projects and other things they are working on. It is
tough to have buyers right now when there is barely any news..

That's just it. They control everything and can shut off the spigot
of cash whenever they want. If they discover that the USD will
continue to weaken, their huge investment in the US will lose value.
They'll shore up money just as fast as CAEI did. CAEI's only
opportunity would be with 9 Dragon's.

Chinese government is very different comparing with our western
government. Their government controls almost everything. They have the
resources to fund any project they need to or want to. That's why they
are kind of recession proof.

I have a hard time believing this company ISN'T a scam. There are so
many shares on the table that everytime you buy, the price goes down.
However, the Chinese market is also dependent on a strong USD... and
there's nothing in sight urging this admin. to shore up capital and
protect the dollar.

I disagree! From my perspective, Mr.Gene Michael will help the company
go through the restructuring. They are shoring up their oversea
operation and re-focus on their domestic market. I would see it's a
very smart move. You know how much the Chinese market are contributing
to their revenue and that's why its share price has more than doubled

With only 5% left until completition, I think it is the General
Contractor the bad guy here (by not fulliling the contract). I think
CAEI has a high chance winning to sue the General Contractor and get
its money back, plus other fees of course.

Victor, can you explain what "misleading info" you are talking about?
If you are really the former CFO of this company and now you talk all
shits about it, then I think any future employer would have a very
hard decision to hire you. IMO, as a CFO you should have known that
rumors and speculations do affect a stock at that time, so good job

But anyone who'd been watching this stock knew they were shoring up
their overseas projects and are now solely investing in China.
Reduced income should not have been a surprise... this was merely a
play on the stock. 24% loss, however, is a joke.
