Bought yesterday at 30.63 and have order in today at 28.49. The
following website

shows on proceeds are being use. Not all of it for dividends or new
building.

Caveat though, this is registered in Cayman Islands so any suit
against it, if that should come to the case, would be hard to
prosecute. Read the full prospectus.

Also, I like low float, 10 million shares, earnings, and the fact that
Goldman Saks was the company that brought it to market.
