I would advice investors to stay away from Vision China, as Shanghai
municipality issued regulations of mobile TV adv in bus in Shanghai. I
can't find the news from JML any more, but I remember the regulations
are tough on out door media, esp adv on public transportations in

Account Receivable Problem

I notice VISN has the same problem as FMCN. 24.2 million gross profit
but accounts receivable increased by almost the same amount. And there
is net operating cash out flow of 3.8 million.

The company has net cash in flow of 16.8 million only because of

I'm wondering what a good price is to get back in. Does anyone
