Interesting ideas. VISN's platform is less appealing than those of
FMCN as public transportation systems deals with low-end consumers,
less exposures (each screen can hardly be seen by 4-6 viewers), and
heavy capex (as the tech of mobile tv is not mature and face
development).

Both BIDU and SOHU have their adv audience targets comfortably, while
VISN can hardly offer any synergies for them. Therefore, I can hardly
imagine these two will jump into the deal.

That said, FMCN and VISN seem better alliance. Therefore, I think if
the deal of FMCN and SINA lapses, then SINA or FMCN may buy VISN
instead. Just a thought...thanks!
