When chinese real estate come back little, Xin will take advantage it
by using the percentage of completion method to overstate and to
recognize in advance their revenues. there is no comparison between
Xin and other public companies listed in hong konw which use the

Up 28% on no news (at least no public news that I can find). XIN and
APWR are now my two best holdings and having bought low, are both up
over 200% from my purchase prices.

With the kind of trading volume and the rate of decline we are seeing
on this stock, it seems only a matter of time before we will be seeing
XIN.OB. I'm sad to see my money evaporated here (2,000 shares) but at
least I didn't compound my mistake by averaging down on this one. Got

because the Q1 Earning Report was announced on June 3. The date will

This company suffered no damage from the earthquake. over $9.00

According to Xin's prospectus, first nine month diluted ADS earning is
$0.6. If the company makes $0.2 in fourth quarter, the total ADS
earning of 2007 will be $0.8, so PE currently is 9.3 / 0.8 = 11.6. I
believe this stock is undervalued unless something wrong with the

I don´t understand why this company has 2.03 mkt cap accoding to
Google finance and marketwatch. The number of outstanding shares is
right but one ADS represents 2 common shares (prospectus page 8). So
the mkt cap should be only around 1 B USD.
