Traders moving money around. Short term stuff. This company is
bulletproof. Incredible balance sheet, huge income, and ZERO debt.
Does it get any better? This will move gradually upward so jump on
now b/c $17 is REAL cheap for this quality of a stock.

Why the pullback?

VIT just reported extremely good earning AND raised its guidance.
Anyone know why the pullback? Or is it just the same old 'buy the
rumor, sell the news'?

I do not risk, we mist the change, nothing to do, I would (and will)
follow it for some months. to risky for me for now. P.S. made a lot of
money with qtww and cpst recently, they are both at low prices yet and
still rising. qtww is a bit risky, cpst is a sure bet.

1) it's growing really fast: doubling revenues and earnings is nice
2) it has a reasonable P/E 16
3) It had zero debt and cash worth half its current market cap.

I heard from a banker who read the IPO offering statement on VIT.
Basically Citi and Merrill hold many shares and it is not surprising
if they are dumping shares in the middle of their credit crisis to
raise cash.

Then a few private and venture capital firms are holding many shares
who in this bad market environment are probably also busy cashing out

What is wrong with VIT?

just because MER and Citi were underwritters you can't expect the
stocks to soar Do you know Citi was the underwriter for Vonage? see
what happened to Vonage
if high p/e is not justified by high growth rate any investor will see
it as a RISK period. everybody knows that realestate will boom in
China the growth potential is very high but look at XIN

i agree with fibrillat's comment. raghuram, do you include the profit
of Q3 and Q4? you say $5.00, do you think those writters Citi and
Merry lynch are naive? the ipo is $8.50. this company can buy other
small companies in China to grow up too. Currently, it's a small one
with a market cap of 330 million, so the growth potential is not

SELL IT NOW. GET OUT. This is the best price you can get.
The p/e is around 59 more than GOOG and growth rate is 36% which is
1/3 of GOOG. This stock should have been $5. You will see it go South
