Company offers wide range of online education and test preparation
courses which help it's students to gain knowledge and prepare for
various certification courses necessary to pursue professional career
in numerous fields (accounting, law, healthcare, construction
engineering, information technology and other industries).

Company provides continuing education to fulfill the ongoing
governmental and professional requirements of various professional
certifications. It entered into a number of cooperative arrangements
with relevant local government authorities in various parts of China
to become a recognized credit provider of higher education for self-
taught learners or accounting continuing education in these areas.

It offers online test preparation courses to self-taught learners
pursuing higher education diplomas or degrees and to secondary school
and college students preparing for various academic and entrance
exams. In addition, it offer online foreign language courses.

It also sell books and reference materials through third-party
bookstores and distributors across China and, to a lesser extent,
through it's online bookstore and it's offices in Beijing.

Operational Performance/Growth

For company, growth in course enrolments is the prime factor in
judging it's operational performance.

It's total course enrollments increased from approximately 233,000 for
the fiscal year ended September 30, 2005 to over 326,000 and 504,000
for the fiscal years ended September 30, 2006 and 2007, respectively.
Its total course enrollments were approximately 258,000 for the six
months ended March 31, 2008 as compared to approximately 268,000 for
the six months ended March 31, 2007. This decrease was primarily due
to decreased enrollments in one of it's core accounting courses
following exceptionally strong enrollments in the prior period.
