If you read their recent SEC filing on June 3'rd 2009 they note that
one of their primary plants has been closed temporarily due to tax
disagreements.  However, they also note that they have no idea how
long it will be closed and even once they decide to open it, it will
be a fairly large hassle to get it back up and operating. I suspect
this quarter will not be too great, but I do have faith in the company
as a whole and long-term.
