SHANGHAI, March 31 (Reuters) - China's ATA Inc , an online education
and test preparation firm, conservatively forecasts 20 percent net
revenue growth in the fiscal year from April 1, Chief Financial
Officer Carl Yeung said on Tuesday.

ATA's net revenue in the nine-month period to Dec. 31 last year
totaled 188 million yuan ($27.50 million), up 31.4 percent from a year
earlier.

Yeung said the company expected 15 to 20 percent growth in net revenue
in the next fiscal year from its existing government-related
programmes, its key source of business.

It is also actively cultivating private-sector clients, which it
expects to account for 10 to 15 percent of its net revenue in the next
fiscal year, he said.

"This is a conservative estimate," Yeung said of the revenue forecast.

"Looking at tests to be carried out from June, the registration
numbers we already have now are relatively healthy. We're confident we
can achieve these numbers."

The estimate excludes potential revenue from unimplemented contracts
and programmes.

ATA was the most recent Chinese company to list its shares on the
Nasdaq, raising $46.3 million with its listing in January 2008.
