With this Acquisition, ReneSola's Market's Cap should worth more than
1 Billion which yields about $15 for the stock.  This is a Great news
for this compnay.

Accept that... they've 26million new shares, thus increasing their
market cap on the market by ~130million, putting them at 530 million.
+ They will increase further with 14 million more shares during
offering, increasing by another 80 million, putting them at over 600
million market cap.  So to reach a 1 billion cap, stock price would
need to go up 80%, or to roughly $10.50.  Much different than ur $15
strike price.
Sorry, just fact.  I'm a pessamistic long btw.
