Subject: Have you sold it yet? When is the first report date?
Hello All,

First of all, for those of you who bought this junk at $27 and haven't
sold yet I feel sorry. Secondly, I feel sorry for myself for buying it
at $17. However, I would like to really know if this company is going
bankrupt or what? These guys don't even move their lazy a$$ to
announce some fake news (even) to shake the market a bit. They also
don't want to announce a date for the first income report.

Please vote Aye or Nay if you have sold it or not yet?

Thanks

Holding on at 12.8 and am cringing every time this fu*ker goes down.
I am considering bailing out here soon, this company just seems
completely dead.  Their lack on the  reporting side is also scaring me
as well.  Any thoughts?

Subject: Re: Have you sold it yet? When is the first report date?
I was one of the suckers who saw the IPO skyrocket and bought without
researching - obviously something was happening and I just had to have
a piece of it.  I put in a buy at 21.50 but by the time I got it
entered it had gone past that point.  So I bought at 24.70.  By the
time it dropped past 21.50 I had twice as many shares on my hands
because I couldn't cancel the order because I was out of the office.
I sold half at 15.77 and have watched with embarrassment as the price
continued to drop while making the classic mistake of hoping.

I understand some earnings reports are supposed to come out the end of
Sept.  So I figure, why not hold for a while and try to make more than
I would if I sell now - assuming [hoping] it goes up...

Just being honest about my stupidity :)

Well, we all were on the same boat at the time. My plan was to buy and
sell this $hit quickly to take advantage of the volatility and somehow
I lost the mentality along the way and kept it for long. The thing
that I didn't see was that "Hey, this thing dropped from $27 to $17 so
why would it not drop even further more..."

Anyhow, unless they report some $10 per/share for the earning I would
still be losing $10 per share. $10 !!!!! Yeah Right. My guess for the
max is 40 cents.

I don't feel bad about this anymore because I feel like I never had
this money as I have wrote it off my books; so it really doesn't
bother me if it goes even lower.

I concure with brucev.

Morbid curiosity will keep me around until the reported earnings
report the end of this month (Sept.), or the next or the next... or
whenever they announce any other news...

I guess were all in for the the long haul.  My question is, with
falling oil prices, shouldn't we see a rebound on this stock?

The reason for the falling knife is because China has been dead for
the past couple months.  Due to the ban that was put in place to
control smog prior to and during the Olympics, they have all but
stopped importing and using coal, steel, oil, and copper the way they
were previously.  This kills Sino's business.

Also, the Chinese markets have been getting killed, their economy has
fallen drastically, and their currency is getting weaker.  There are
so many factors working against this stock right now.

However (silver lining), China will continue to build infrastructure
which will require them to ship all sorts of commodities in.  Just be
patient and everybody that bought much higher, its a terrible mistake
to sell at this point.

Watch the Baltic Dry Index.  When that starts to turn upward for good,
Sino should as well.  That is the key indicator here.

Good luck all

Thanks for the insight Jason, I knew the Chinese economy and currency
were weakening but never thought about the effects of the ban that was
put in place.  If anything, I thought the Olympics would have boosted
the economy and this stock.  Is that ban there to stay?

Pardon me for being so negative but remember that for a stock to
double it's price it has to soar 100%. We are not talking only double
the price but 3 folds or up to 6 folds of loses on Sino ($4.5 vs $26).
That is +600% to get to $26 :) Can you possibly imagine that to ever
happen again considering the market status? Once a wise man posted to
this board, "It's time to short-sell this dog" and so it was!
