Operational Performance/Growth

For company, growth in course enrolments is the main factor in judging
it's operational performance.

It's total course enrollments increased from approximately 233,000 for
the fiscal year ended September 30, 2005 to over 326,000 and 504,000
for the fiscal years ended September 30, 2006 and 2007, respectively.
Its total course enrollments were approximately 258,000 for the six
months ended March 31, 2008 as compared to approximately 268,000 for
the six months ended March 31, 2007. This decrease was primarily due
to decreased enrollments in one of it's core accounting courses
following exceptionally strong enrollments in the prior period.

what does it mean under the financials info mean when it states  "each
preferred share is expected to convert to 1.1514 ordinary/shares???

Does that mean the shares we would buy would be worth only 1.15???
