what does it mean under the financials info mean when it states "each
preferred share is expected to convert to 1.1514 ordinary/shares???

Does that mean the shares we would buy would be worth only 1.15???

PE is too high for DL.

Don't jump in the boat and wait and see.

New IPO is too risky,esp when the market like this.
