This isn't anything we didn't know a month ago.

I hope the shock and awe pushes CT down to a dollar so I can buy a
million S.
suckers.

A lot of these small cap REIT trades, in my opinion, are lob --
catches. If you look at CT, Northstar and others over the past 6
months the pattern is clear. It's about a 2-6 month interval.

When CT hit 1.40 I started buying again, and I will buy incrementally
all the way down to the alpha of the curve. I already have a sizable
chunk from the sub $2 zone, and I think this may hit $1.10 again. I am
saving the motherload for the alpha which can approximately be
determined from historical data.

That is my strategy. I hope this helps somebody.

For whenever there is a pass, there can always be an interception. I'm
going to be looking for hail mary passes around the $1 range to put
all my defensive backs on.

I was trying to trade multiple stocks on 3Q earnings. I noticed a
pattern in the stocks I was trading that if they were steadily falling
going into the report they were selling off after the report. This was
the case with CT. The analysts following CT were also revising
estimates downward for weeks heading up to the report. Therefore I
decided to sell CT around 1.85 prior to earnings because I felt it
would fall after reporting . . . and it did. I did not want to get on
here at the time and say "hey I am selling" because to me that is like
yelling fire in a crowded theater. I don't like to kick a stock when
it is down or salt the wounds of remaining longs. Anyway the 1.35 area
was what I was looking for. It came and I am back in. I still think it
might go lower so I have not put on a "full position" yet.
