Man, this thing has really been aweful the last couple weeks.  Seems
like we found support here around 5.  Insurance as a sector has been
hammered and has really underperformed.  Any thoughts on how this
weekends possible vote on health care will impact CNO?  Been on the
fence about selling, but missing the 7 buck sell point really makes it
tough here, knowing that another profitable quarter should put this
near the 10 dollar price zone.  I hope CNO joins the market rally
soon..it seems to stay flat on an up tape and goes down quick when the
market slides.

Hold the line Brother. I believe Paulson and Co. are manipulating it
downward and buying at these bargain rates. I agree it is tough to
watch green numbers while toiling. Our day is coming soon. Trust your
judgement. I'm aboard with 10,000 shares and adding. I see $8.00 soon
after the new year, and up from there. My strategy is to ride CNO up
to $10.00, with a solid position waiting for NVAX to explode, and
hopefully C will be shaking the USG right about then and I come in and
swoop about 25,000 shares and ride it up to $25.00. Game over. Build
my home on the property I own in Cayucos Ca., and spread what left
into DOW, GE, and XL. Chillin.

I've found that my line of thinking jives with Mr. Paulson. I recently
researched him thoroughly and am quite impressed. Granted I'm no MBA,
I actually work for the California Dept. of Corrections, but quickly
found I posess the necessary skills to manage my own portfolio quite
successfully.

Bigprov, thanks for the insight.  I guess great minds think
alike...I'm law enforcement from IL.  I have a similar game plan as
you, except I've been trading between CNO and AGM and putting the
gains in longs such as VZ, SNH, JNJ, and CAT.  I've tracked this stock
since .75 cents and it has been a steady income stream ever since.  I
will hold tight and start to sell around 8..I think patience is key
and not to get shaken out so others get my shares.  Good luck to ya...

Urlacher Fan, checked your companies and agree you're solid. See you
enjoy the dividends! Take a look at FTR, a telecommunication company
that pays serious dividends. They will pay a fella over 13% dividend.
Own a 1,000 shares for a little over $7,000, and they pay you a $1,000
a year on a stock that's poised to double over time ! Hmmmm.

Go Bears 54, See the news about my guy Paulson raising his stake in C
to 300 million shares. It does nothing but reinforce my belief in my
plan. I profess my faith on this board 11/7, he backs my play on
11/13. Good times. Gooood times.

For all the Doubters, Pussies and Posers, check out the Book "The
Greatest Trade Ever" by Gregory Zuckerman. Upon completion I believe
you will have a stronger conviction about your stake in CNO and its
future.

Hey Big, yes I read that article.  I wanted back into C when it hit
3.92, but my cash was tied up.  I traded C a few times and believe
that it is a good play.  Looks like the deal with Paulson for CNO
shares is done.  I think we go higher from here, the scare about
dillution should be over now.  I need to see around 6-6.50 to take
more profits and if it continues to stay around this price...add more!
