You fail to mention the issues he voted against that would cause
increases in taxes.  Were they to continue funding 911 and emergency
services, perhaps?  That's why the judge was in err for allowing the
obstinate fart to vote on a local issue out of his county of
residence.

I love one-sided stories.  Something tells me the judge made his
determination not on stare decisis but rather on a "how do I get this
ranting lunatic out of my courtroom" basis.

I just really don't like these chain-mail propaganda-type cut and
paste emails.
I mean really... did this actually happen to your buddy or did you cut
and paste it from some email or blog or something.
Either way, this one is fun because it actually serves the opposite of
its intent in that it makes their "good" republican look like a
pompous, irresponsible, unethical, resource-wasting, meddlesome
egotist.

I voted 4 times during the presidential election.  I just had to
convince my wife, her sister, and her mother who to vote for.

So you should be allowed to vote based on what you are going to vote
for?  I bet you'd love that if the republicans were in power when that
policy was instituted.  Dumbass

This actually happened.  I felt it was an interesting story.  Sorry it
offended you so badly.

But c'mon, resources wasted?  You don't have a clue about the waste of
judicial resources in this country if you think that's bad.  You'd be
amazed at some of the crazy BS plaintiff attorneys come up with & tie
up the court for years just to extort a settlement out of some deep
pockets.

And if you think it's pompous, irresponsible, unethical, resource-
wasting, meddlesome and egotistical to insist that you're allowed to
vote, then by all means stay home on election day.

I really can't believe you of all people would get so up in arms about
this.  At least think had a good point to make.  Same day election
registration would have solved this altogether.

Ask your toothless buddy what the issues were that he voted against to
save his ex-neighbors tax dollars.  Come on, jackass, let's research
your claim.

I honestly don't know why you care, Credo.  I'm not going to tell you
what they were.  But just to placate your arrogant, elitist ego, I
will tell you that both measures passed by a wide margin.

I also know that about 1/10th of registered voters turned out & the
campaign for one measure will be paid for from the money allocated to
the program.  The opposition had no such monetary backing.

But you have no interest in researching anything.  You just enjoy
thinking you've proven dems are right, 'repugs' are wrong, regardless
of the issues.  Tell me I'm wrong and I'll tell you the issues.

He should not have been allowed to vote in the county he no longer
resided in, and the new county should have allowed him to file a
contested ballot since he failed to register in his new county of
residence.
