Subject: Dr. Feelgood strikes again!
The Fed once again delivers "good news" to the markets. This "good
news" is supposed to give inexperienced investors or your new to
average investor the feeling of safety so they'll spend money instead
of going with their instinct and holding on to their money in these
bad times.

I think it'll work like a charm, at least, until they realize they've
been had. This usually takes anywhere from 24 hours to 4 weeks. If you
are a shorter then today could be a good day for or tomorrow, wait
until your favorite stock goes over 10% and buy to short. It's like
taking candy from a baby except in this case, there's no babies only
investors with an intellect of a baby.

So this week will be fun for us who know better. So grab a nice, hot
drink, kick-back and enjoy the hilarious sessions this week. It's
going to be quiet amusing!

I think it could be very ugly today, however, I've been wrong thinking
this before. So we'll wait and see. I think the best place to be today
and this week is on the sidelines watching. lol

Today is the day to cover shorts, then get back in heavily tomorrow.
I'm not going to cover too much though, I've got more cash to short
with. I don't want to be out of this market as it has a long way to
fall. If I miss the ride it's gone.

Well, the market has been offered opportunities to nose dive before
and it has refused to do so. Who know IBM might have be having a
decent quarter, or some equally inane and irrelevant event causing the
market to bounce back. My bet is that this market sounds too
manipulated to bet on anything for the time being...

I think once the Fed faces reality and admits that we're in a
recession, then we can't start the recovery process. We can't really
do anything while the Fed is in denial and manipulates the rates and
numbers, all this does is make the market more unstable. the way it is
going now, you're afraid to buy long because you know if you wait
you'll get even a better deal, you can't short because who knows what
the Fed will do next and when.

If the fed will just stop screwing around and allow the economy and
market to move through its normal cycle, we'll all be better off.

Hedge funds at work, wiping out common investors.  We had a global
crash and yet US markets end up in Green, based on what?

The Fed and Hedge funds are raping the american system.

Here is my prediction: the fed will manipulate rates in such a way as
to make the daily curve for DJIA be in the shape an extended middle
finger, aimed at the working people of America.

i agree completely... fed should've just let shit the fan on 1/22 or
thereabouts, we would have hit rock bottom within 10 days, and now,
mid-march, would probably have covered A LOT of ground back to april
07 levels. the dollar would be worth more, oil would be cheaper, along
with other commodities... the best time to make that 100pt rate cut
would have been when things were more stable and in a way that would
GENUINELY put more money into the market and not into the hands of the
greed monster (banks). am i the only one who's tired of this charade?
it's not that i'm not making money on shorts and crazy speculative
calls, but i think that sooner or later this has to stop. it's getting
annoying. the only thing i can possible make out of the moves that the
fed is making is trying to completely f$%& up the entire economy for
the next administration. this years results will be announced when
there is (still hopeful, not sure why) a democrat in the white house
and all the crazy talking heads are going to blame that administration
not this one... esp. in 4 years, before the next election.

either get the economy under control or stop playing around with half-
assed measures, FED!
